Our RV spot was a total lifesaver. The electric, water, and sewer hookups all worked perfectly the whole weekend, with zero drama and great water pressure too. Traveling with kids can turn into chaos fast, but having everything run smoothly made the trip feel almost heroic.

I was able to find the camping info I needed quickly, so I can’t really complain too much. The booking pages were a little clunky and not my favorite to get through, but they did the job in the end

I found it really easy to get to from the highway. The road in was straightforward, and I didn’t have any trouble finding my way.

We had a good time overall. The water slides were definitely the highlight and kept everyone entertained for a while. The pool was clean enough, not spotless or anything, but totally fine for swimming. I did ask a quick question and support basically said something like, “Everything should be ready for guests to use,” which matched our experience for the most part.

The place was clean, which I really appreciated, but the cabins could definitely use a few fixes. Nothing totally ruined the stay, but there were some things that felt worn out or in need of attention. Overall, it was okay, just could be better with a little maintenance...

I had to cancel once, and compared to other services I’ve used, this was painless. The refund process was clear, and I got my money back without any hassle.

The stay itself was okay, but the WiFi was terrible. It barely worked, and my cell signal kept dropping too, so even checking messages or pulling up maps was a hassle. I asked about it because it felt like such a basic thing to need, but nothing really came of it, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected better.

The snacks were fine, but the actual meals were kind of underwhelming. Maybe I was expecting a bit more? I don’t know, but it feels like the meals could definitely be better.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect for us, especially being so close to the Racine Zoo and Lake Michigan. The kids had a great time, and it made the whole trip feel easy and fun. Overall, I’d definitely say it was a great spot for a family visit.

I was feeling mentally drained going into the trip, so it meant a lot that the place felt safe the whole time. The kids were comfortable, and I didn’t have to sit there worrying about anything. It was a relief.

We stayed in one of the cabins with our kids and had a really good time. The pools, splash pad, mini golf, and playgrounds gave them plenty to do, which made the trip feel way more relaxing for us too. The bathrooms were clean enough for a campground-style place, and any time we needed help, the staff was friendly and easy to deal with. To me, it felt like a solid family spot where the kids can stay busy and everyone can just enjoy the stay.

I usually roll my eyes when places say they’re “family-friendly” or “safe and welcoming” because half the time it’s just brochure talk. But here, the staff really did keep the rules clear and fair. Nobody was being weirdly strict, but they also didn’t let things slide. It made the whole campground feel relaxed, and we felt good letting the kids run around.

Our campsite was uneven and muddy, and the cabin felt a bit worn down. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and it didn’t feel as clean as I would’ve hoped. That said, the kids still managed to have a good time, so it wasn’t a total loss. I just expected a little more for what we paid

We got a lot for what we paid!!! The kids were busy and entertained all weekend, which made the whole thing feel so worth it... no complaints here!!

We stayed at Jellystone Caledonia with our dog and overall it was decent. The staff was nice about him being there, and there was enough room to walk him around, so that made things easier for us.
Only thing is, some spots didn’t really feel that pet friendly, and the rules was kinda a lot sometimes. I get why they have them, but it made it feel less relaxed then we hoped. Still a good place, just maybe not the best if your bringing a dog.

Quiet hours were actually followed, which I really appreciated. We slept fine and didn’t hear loud music or people yelling late, so overall it was about as relaxing as we hoped it would be. 5 stars from us

We did get the basic emails before our trip, so we knew things like check-in time and what to bring, which was helpful. But some of the details weren’t super clear, and I ended up digging around the site to find answers. I also sent in a question and it took longer than I expected to get a reply. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the whole thing felt a little impersonal, like I was just a ticket number waiting in line. A bit more clarity before arrival would’ve made the experience smoother.

I booked our stay through Jellystone Caledonia and it was straightforward. The website was easy to figure out, and I got the confirmation email almost immediately, which I always appreciate. Check-in was smooth too, there was a small line when we arrived, but the staff kept things moving and were really friendly. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I did have to double-check a couple of details myself before we got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we had a good experience and I’d recommend it if you’re planning a stay
